✨ Meet Julia ✨
Julia has been a part of the Atlas Restaurant Group team since 2022, growing through several roles and restaurants before becoming General Manager of Tagliata in 2025.
Known for her natural leadership and welcoming approach, Julia brings a genuine sense of hospitality to everything she does. She leads her team with confidence, is always ready to jump in when something needs attention, and has a solution-oriented mindset that makes a difference for both her team and her guests.
That willingness to step up has been a constant throughout Julia’s time with Atlas. When The Choptank Annapolis needed additional management support during one of its busiest summers, Julia didn’t hesitate to help. She took on the hour-long commute each way throughout the summer, stepping into a critical role and becoming an important part of the restaurant’s success.
Her journey from Restaurant Manager at James Joyce to The Choptank Annapolis, then Assistant General Manager at Tagliata, and now General Manager, is a great example of the opportunities to grow within Atlas. We’re proud to have Julia at the helm of Tagliata and grateful for the energy, leadership, and hospitality she brings to the restaurant every day.
