Divining Rod Band

A veteran of the New York and Baltimore music scenes, Miyuki Furtado
continues to branch out musically with his latest work as psych-folk-country troubadour, Divining Rod. Multi-instrumentalist, Furtado, plays songs steeped in 60's British Folk & 70s US folk-rock fused with psych-rock and country resulting in a heady mix of tuneful songwriting and left turn experimental arrangements. The band also features guitarist and vocalist Patrick Harmon of venerable Brooklyn indie pop band, The Party Faithful. A revolving cast of friends that include members past and present of
Dead Sands, VHS or BETA, Amy Lettis, Trail of Dead, Dirt Merchants, Gospel Of Mars, Fergus & Geronimo, Jackie-O-Motherf---er
and Celebration make occasional live appearances. Miyuki was also a member of The Rogers Sisters and Midnight Masses and
many other eclectic groups.
