Canton housing still exceeding year over year prices.

🩵 As the selling agent for yet another first time buyer, we just went under contract on a fabulous 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo at Silo Point. 🩵

WOW! Another year in the history books!

And appreciative to get them❣️

First Time Home Buyer Guide (1).pdf.pdf

Renters are like the farm team to the major league - my future first time buyers❣️

🩷 I love my first time buyers! This property had a lot of competition but my buyers prevailed! 🩷 $425,000 - $40,000 over asking.

Bitter sweet! Life’s cycles. Helped these clients buy this sweet home and now helped them sell it. Moving to Roanoke for retirement with their children and grandchildren❣️
