True Chesapeake is the first Maryland oyster farm to open a restaurant, featuring oysters raised on their farm in St. The menu revolves around these oysters — raw, roasted, and in signature dishes like Classic Rockefeller and Oyster Stew — complemented by varied seasonal entrees and fun departures on classic cocktails. The True Chesapeake team aspires to extend the restorative practices at the farm to the spirit of this restaurant with “restorative dining” -- a dining experience featuring the farm’s bounty and sincerely crafted to restore body and soul.
