Yesterday, I went for my very first mammogram. 🩷

Admittedly, I probably would’ve kept putting it off had I not recently lost my Godsister, Demi, to breast cancer. Losing her made this hit differently for me. It reminded me that we can’t be so busy taking care of everyone else that we neglect ourselves.
