We made comfy headbands to make wearing face masks much more comfortable so it doesn’t hurt your ears while saving lives all day. 🥰🙏🏼

We did practice a safe 6 foot hand off to one of our local rock star Nurse Practitioner’s at our local community hospital (in case our picture doesn’t show the social distancing).

Our first project is now finished! A gorgeous luxury historic row home established in 1850 in Union Square has been brought back to life!

1701 Hollins Street has its original features that made it a stately home in the 19th century with 21st century luxuries. It boasts the best views in West Baltimore on its rooftop deck and one of the other 2 balconies.
From its original staircase, balusters, ornamental scrolls; gorgeous hardwood floors; 3 first floor fireplaces, 8 foot double pocket doors with their detailed brass hardware will have you in awe.

This home has 5 bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, 4 ½ custom bathrooms, oversized windows and vanities, quartz countertops, wet bar on the third floor next to the roof top deck and Moen fixtures throughout. There is a fully finished basement with a private entrance, full kitchen and washer/dryer hook-ups with a separate temperature control.

The unfinished portion of the basement gives 400 sqft of storage space with additional covered enclosed storage space under the first floor deck with a secured door for entry from the 2 car parking pad. This home has a top rated security system and CHAP Tax credit is pending final approval.
