Want to remove an eligible charge from your record? We’re here to help.

FreeState Justice and the Office of the Attorney General are offering a Free Expungement Clinic where Marylanders can meet one-on-one with a pro bono attorney for a confidential review of their criminal record. We’ll help determine whether your charges may qualify for expungement. Registration is required, and virtual appointments are available, Monday - Friday, from June 22–30, 2026.
