Dream golf trip to in 60 days.

Rusty golf game.
New baby at home.

Should be interesting.

I used to play a lot in high school, even made the state tournament once, and I’ve spent years working in golf performance.

But the last 10 years, I’ve barely played. Life got busy, priorities shifted, and now I’m trying to see how much I can get my game back while balancing dad life too.

So for the next 60 days, I’m documenting everything:
golf fitness, golf mobility, golf instruction, practice, and getting my body ready for Bandon Dunes.

If you’ve ever tried to get your golf game back while juggling real life, this series is for you.

NEVER DO DEADLIFTS!

Most online low back pain tips forget one very important detail:

You’re actually in pain.

They show you an exercise like you’re supposed to jump right into it…

Meanwhile you can barely get off the couch without your back locking up.

That’s why I’m okay with a little temporary relief first.

- Foam rolling.- A brace for an active job.- Some cream to take the edge off.

Not because that’s the full answer.

But because when pain calms down even a little, you get some momentum back.

And momentum matters.

Because once you’re hurting less, you can start doing the things that actually help long term:
- walking
- mobility
- stability work
- strength training

That’s the part a lot of online advice skips.

They go straight to “fix it” and forget you still have a job, a family, and a real life to deal with while your back is flared up.

I can relate more than most.

That MRI in the video is mine. Two herniated discs.

So no, I’m not against short-term relief.

I’m against stopping there.

Still wondering why your low back keeps flaring up after a good day?

❌ Stretching and foam rolling without a process is just pain management, not a fix.

🔑 Real relief comes from knowing exactly what to target and why.

Here’s the 3-step process that changed everything 👇

1️⃣ Find Your Trigger: Identify the specific movement or position that sets it off. You can’t fix what you haven’t located.
2️⃣ Read How You’re Moving: Look at what your body is actually doing when the pain hits — not what you think it’s doing.
3️⃣ Build Around That Mobility and stability: that work means nothing if it’s not targeted to your pattern. Generic routines give you generic results.

This is how I fixed low back pain with 2 herniated discs and how I’ve done it for athletes at the highest level.

If your back feels better for a day and then flares right back up, you’re missing this part.

✅ Comment the word “LUMBAR” and I’ll send you the exact routine. . .

Butt cheek walks can feel great in the moment 👇
But if your low back pain keeps coming back, one exercise usually isn’t enough.

That’s where most people get stuck.
They find one move that helps, do it randomly, then wonder why the pain returns.

Less back pain long term usually comes from doing the right things consistently, not chasing random relief.

That’s why I put my BEST routines together in the Pain Relief Bundle.

Are you a trainer or therapist who wants to get better at stretching your clients?

Maybe you know a few stretches, but you don’t always feel confident using them in a real session, in real time.

That’s exactly why we created this.

This is Dr. Bill Burgos. He spent over 10 years as an NBA strength coach, working with the New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, and Minnesota Timberwolves.

We partnered up to teach the routine he used every day in the NBA.

And if you want a sample of what that looks like, we put together a free 5-minute training on one of the stretches from the routine.

Comment “PRO” below and we’ll send it to you in a DM.

I think this could be a game changer for a lot of hands-on pros.
