Riverside Middle School

We may be a day late posting, but celebrating these three is ALWAYS right on time! 🐻🤎

Yesterday was National Instructional Coaches Day, and we couldn’t let it pass without giving a huge Grizzly shoutout to Ms. Moynihan, Ms. Basham, and Ms. Malinowski!

These three are the ultimate coaching fuel behind so much of what happens at Riverside. ☕️ They encourage, support, problem-solve, collaborate, cheer our teachers on, and somehow always seem to have exactly what our teachers need to keep moving forward.

Their dedication doesn’t just impact our staff—it reaches all the way into our classrooms and helps our students succeed every single day.

We are so thankful for the knowledge, heart, patience, and energy they pour into Riverside Middle School. Happy National Instructional Coaches Day to three of the very best! 🤎🐻

Drop them some love in the comments! 👏☕️📚

🐻🌟 Another Grizzly caught doing something RIGHT! 🌟🐻

A big shoutout to Gibson Helton, who received a Positive Office Referral from Ms. Gutierrez! 👏

Gibson’s positive choices and effort stood out, and we love seeing our students recognized for the good things they’re doing every day.

Way to go, Gibson! Keep setting a great example — and Grizzlies, keep giving us reasons to call you to the office for the GOOD stuff! 😉❤️🐻

Come out and support RMS PTA Monday, October 5th at P.Terry’s!!

🎶🐻 A message from our amazing band directors: 🎶

We are thrilled to recognize the following students for their exceptional dedication, leadership, and passion. By consistently going above and beyond, they embody the true spirit of excellence that drives our band program forward. Their extraordinary work ethic and commitment set the standard for us all—we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements, and we are eager to watch them shape the future of our program.

Highest regards,
Mrs. Ramirez & Mr. Gonzalez

🩷 RMS PINK OUT! 🩷

Riverside Middle School was looking a little extra PINK today as our Grizzlies came together in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

Students and staff showed up in a BIG way, filling our campus with pink and helping us show support for those who are fighting, honor those we’ve lost, and celebrate the survivors who inspire us. 🩷

We love seeing our Grizzly family come together for something bigger than ourselves—and judging by these photos, RMS understood the assignment! 💕🐻

Thank you to everyone who helped us PINK OUT RMS! 🎀🩷

🌟 Celebrating Our Teachers! 🌟

Today, we had the opportunity to recognize some of our amazing teachers for their outstanding work during our Instructional Framework Walks!

These walks are about celebrating the intentional instructional practices happening in classrooms every day—engaging students, utilizing vocabulary building strategies, promoting academic conversations, and creating learning environments where every student can grow.
