Microsoft is changing six things in Microsoft 365 between now and November. Two are due this month, and one of those has a fixed day: September 30.

Microsoft sends these notices to whoever manages your IT. You find out when something changes.

The six are in the pictures below, one per picture. The last picture has the question to ask your IT provider before the 30th.

A Baton Rouge business was paying $800 a month for a copier worth about $14,000. The lease renewed on its own, so the payments never stopped. By the time someone did the math, they were paying more for copiers than for their vehicles.

That business stopped renting. We sold them the copiers, financed on a term they can read, and when the term ends they're theirs. Nothing renews on its own.
