During our Back‑to‑School Giveaway, we met over 250 families who filled out forms requesting general assistance. These families are in need of support financially, spiritually, and emotionally we are committed to standing in the gap.

Every donation, big or small, helps sponsor a family and provide the tools they need to rebuild, grow, and thrive.

To our donors, partners, and every person who has sown into Kingdom Generation Foundation Co. thank you. Your generosity has carried us through a season of clarity, release, and new direction. Because of you, we are stepping into a model that will transform families for generations.

After prayer, evaluation, and the Lord’s guidance, we are shifting from temporary transitional housing to permanent, affordable, supportive housing for families in need. This means families will no longer be required to leave after 12 months. Instead, they will have the opportunity to remain in stable, dignified housing until they are truly ready to move forward.

🏡 What Your Support Is Now Funding

Thanks to your generosity, we are able to launch a housing model that provides:

• Long‑term stability instead of short‑term shelter
• Permanent affordable housing instead of temporary placement
• Supportive services that walk with families through healing, growth, and independence
• A step‑up rent structure that builds responsibility without overwhelming them

The rent structure remains the same:

• Months 1–3: Free
• Months 4–6: $300 + utilities
• Months 7–9: $600 + utilities
• Months 10–12: $900 + utilities

After 12 months, families may continue living in their home at an affordable rate, with the same support and community connection.

This model removes pressure and creates real roots, real dignity, and real opportunity.

🌱 How Your Donations Multiply

Every dollar given and every dollar families contribute is reinvested directly back into the foundation to:

• Acquire land (we’re seeking at least 3 acres). This can produce up to 10-full size homes for families and a shared recreation area.
• Start building homes
• Start the Kingdom Generation Village vision
• Serve more families year after year

This creates a self‑sustaining cycle:

1. A family stabilizes
2. Their rent supports the foundation
3. The foundation acquires more land
4. More homes are built
5. More families are served

❤️ UPDATE ON THE 1st FOUNDATION HOUSE‼️

To our family, friends, supporters, and even those who gave without knowing us personally, thank you. Your generosity, prayers, and encouragement have carried us through one of the most important seasons of Kingdom Generation Foundation Co.

When we first stepped into the first foundation house, we did so with faith and obedience. Many of you sowed into that assignment, through donations, materials, labor, and prayer. Every seed mattered, and every seed was used with integrity.

Over the past months, we sought the Lord for clarity, wisdom, and alignment. After walking the property, reviewing the condition with professionals, and praying over the assignment, the Lord made something very clear:

This first house was an assignment for a season not the destination so that some things could be revealed.

It was a training ground, a testing ground, and a transition point.
But it was not the place God intended for the long‑term vision.

Through prayer and counsel, we made the decision to release that property and follow the Lord into the next phase, the phase He originally designed for this foundation.

🌱 What’s Next: The New Direction

God has shifted us from renovating a single house to building a community.

Your support helped us complete the assignment connected to the old house, and now the Lord is leading us into:

• Land acquisition for Kingdom Generation Foundation Village
• Community development that will serve families for generations
• Long‑term housing solutions instead of temporary fixes
• A sustainable model that expands our reach and impact
• A vision that matches the mantle God has placed on this organization

This is bigger than a house.
This is about territory, legacy, and generational impact.
