Karen just hit 750 classes, and if you’ve ever been to a 5:15 AM class, you know she’s one of the familiar faces helping start the day right.
From early morning workouts to hanging around Café 45 afterward, Karen has been a big part of the F45 Bocage community. Thanks for showing up, putting in the work, and making those mornings better.
