No small, previously frozen meals. Or vacuum sealed meals from a random kitchen somewhere in the US.
We’re a locally owned and operated company right here in Baton Rouge. Knowing who you get your food from and the other businesses associated with them is HUGE!
Our culinary team uses fresh produce, in house trimmed proteins, and scratch made sauces. We don’t do frozen baby!

Our Bulk Items By the Pound menu is AWESOME! All out of proteins, carbs, and veggies are available by the .5 pound or full pound.
For proteins you get to choose your favorite seasoning. And all of our carbs and veggies come standard with oil and salt/pepper.
