🤯 What if you could DOUBLE your law firm revenue in just 12-18 months?

In this episode, Sasha Berson sits down with Krystal Champlin-Gerage, consultant at RJH Consulting to 250+ law firms across the U.S. and Canada.

👉 They break down:

— Why intake is probably your “leakiest bucket”, and how to plug it this month
— The exact $2M to $10M roadmap — step by step
— Revenue that's 1-2 years old (sitting in your firm) that is still collectable
— Why 90% of Krystal’s clients hire *someone else* to run their firms
— Why you must hire a business advisor… or fall behind

⏰ The average law firm grows at just 4.3% a year. You could push that number way higher. Tune in now.

Growth Doesn’t Solve Broken Systems

Many law firm owners believe the next hire, the next big case, or the next revenue milestone will solve the challenges they’re facing.

The reality? Growth amplifies what’s already there.

If your team struggles with communication today, adding more people won’t fix it—it often makes it more complicated. If your processes are inconsistent now, more clients will only expose the gaps faster. And if leadership is operating in constant reaction mode, growth can quickly become overwhelming instead of exciting.

The strongest firms aren’t built on hustle alone. They’re built on intentional systems, healthy leadership, and operational clarity.

Before asking, “How do we grow?” ask:

* Are our processes repeatable?
* Does our team know what’s expected?
* Are we leading proactively instead of reacting to every problem?
* Could our firm scale without everything depending on one person?

Sustainable growth isn’t about working harder. It’s about building a business that can thrive as it grows.

At RJH Consulting, we help law firms create the operational foundation that supports long-term success—so growth becomes an opportunity, not a burden.

Strong systems. Strong leadership. Strong firms.

🚨 If you’ve had your Google Business Profile suspended or restricted recently, you’re definitely not alone.

Current Mood: 🤦‍♀️

Google decided to restrict our Business Profile yesterday, and it wasn’t just Cornerstone’s. Businesses all over the country are getting caught up in Google’s latest enforcement wave, including legitimate companies.

I’ve already submitted my appeal and removed myself as a manager from all of my clients’ profiles while Google reviews everything.

And… I’m here to give you an overview of what is happening to hopefully help prevent you from having to deal with the same thing.

🚨Google is using much stronger automated detection, so issues that may have gone unnoticed before are being flagged faster. Unfortunately, legitimate businesses are getting caught in the same net.

Since late April 2026, Google has run multiple enforcement waves:

• April 27: Large numbers of individual profiles were suspended, many labeled “Deceptive Content”

• May 3: Enforcement escalated to full account restrictions, which can affect every listing managed under the same Google account

• Ongoing: Suspensions and account restrictions have continued

What is triggering most suspensions right now:

• Keyword-stuffed or promotional business names

• Ineligible addresses, including virtual offices, PO boxes, or residential addresses without a proper business presence

• Incentivized or manipulated reviews

• Major changes made quickly to the business name, address, category, or phone number

• Inconsistencies between the profile and other business records

This does not appear to be one brand-new policy that suddenly changed everything. It is stricter enforcement of existing guidelines, along with tighter scrutiny around reviews and business identity.

What should you do?

1. Double-check that your business name matches your real-world signage and legal business name
2. Make sure your address meets Google’s eligibility requirements
3. Stop offering any incentives in exchange for reviews
4. Avoid making multiple major changes at the same time
5. Keep strong documentation ready, including utility bills showing the business name, photos of your location and signage, licenses, and other official records

If your profile or the Google account managing it has been affected, do not panic. Many legitimate businesses can be reinstated with a strong appeal package. However, cleaning up potential issues before a restriction happens is much easier than trying to recover afterward.

We’ll keep you updated and if you need help, just shoot us a message.

In the meantime… this pretty much sums up my feelings about it. 😂☕📄

Stop Trying to Hide That You Use ChatGPT 07/22/2026

An ad recently claimed the way to keep clients is to hide that you use ChatGPT.

We think that is ridiculous.

Our founder Tabitha Starkey lays out what really costs you the client, and what protects the work.

Let’s GREAUX!!!

Stop Trying to Hide That You Use ChatGPT Using AI is not the problem. Generic work is.

Six Platforms, Six Rulebooks: What It Takes to Be Recommended by AI 07/20/2026

AI visibility isn’t about trying to “game” ChatGPT.

It’s about understanding how AI platforms decide who they trust enough to recommend.

Over the past several months, we researched six of the largest AI platforms—ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Grok—to understand how each one retrieves information, evaluates authority, and determines which businesses it recommends.

The interesting part?

While each platform has its own approach, they consistently reward the same fundamentals:

✅ A business AI can clearly understand.
✅ Authority that can be verified.
✅ Content that directly answers real customer questions.

That research became an eight-part series, and we’ve just published the final article that ties it all together.

If you’re a business owner wondering how AI is changing search and online visibility, we’d love to hear your thoughts.

How Does Grok Decide Which Law Firm to Recommend? 07/13/2026

Quick one for any firm owners paying attention to AI visibility: Grok is the platform most law firms skip entirely, and it’s probably the one most worth a second look.

Unlike ChatGPT or Gemini, Grok pulls from the open web and X’s live posts at the same time, and it leans hard on what’s recent. A firm can have great content and still lose a citation to a competitor who showed up in an X conversation this week.

New article breaking down how Grok actually decides who to recommend, and what that means for a law firm’s visibility:

How Does Grok Decide Which Law Firm to Recommend? The only major AI platform where a week-old post can outrank a decade of authority.

AI doesn’t just answer questions, it decides which sources it trusts enough to cite.

The next article in Tabitha Starkey’s AI Visibility series explores how Claude evaluates and recommends law firms, and why authority, consistency, and credibility matter long before someone ever visits your website.
