Full-Time Positions available!
You'll be required to complete our 80-hour Confined Space Rescue Technician course October 26th - November 2nd.
Emergency Response or Military experience is preferred.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the courage shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy. We honor the firefighters, police officers, emergency medical personnel and others who answered the call, including those who made the ultimate sacrifice that day and those whose lives were later taken by illnesses related to their response. We also remember the men and women who served and fought in the wars that followed. Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Never Forget.
VPPPA Safety+ 26 was one for the books.
We had the opportunity to bring live rescue demonstrations to the conference floor, share practical techniques, and connect with safety professionals from across the industry. Hit play to see some of what our team brought to the event.
This experience would not have been possible without some incredible partners.
First, a huge thank you to BrandSafway for building the scaffold that made our rescue demonstrations possible. Jacob Arnold, Kris, and the entire crew were professional, dependable, easy to work with, and ready to help with anything we needed. They were a class-act group from start to finish, and we would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.
Thank you to our booth neighbors at Bullard for supplying our team with helmets featuring detachable brims. We enjoyed putting them to work. Now we just need to get a few in purple and gold. Geaux Tigers!
We are also deeply grateful to VPPPA for its strategic partnership, for providing the floor space, and for promoting the demonstrations throughout the event. Their support gave us the opportunity to put rescue education front and center.
A special thanks to our Director of Training, Chris Carlsen, and Senior Chief Instructor, Brad Warr, for putting on a great show. They are outstanding instructors, trusted teammates, and all-around great guys. Their experience, professionalism, and passion for teaching were on full display throughout the event.
Finally, thank you to everyone who participated, stopped to watch, asked questions, or joined us on camera. You helped make this a phenomenal experience.
We hope every attendee walked away with something valuable. At the end of the day, the purpose behind every demonstration, conversation, and training opportunity is simple: make workplaces safer, protect people, and save lives.

We’re in Nashville this week for VPPPA Safety+ 2026!
Director of Training Chris Carlsen and Senior Chief Instructor Brad Warr will be running hands-on rescue demos in Demo Area 1 throughout Safety+. Come by, get involved and take a ride. Or you can stop by Booth 509 and visit with the team!
Here are the dates and times for each demo:
Sun, Aug 30 — Rescue from Fall Protection, 5:30–6:00 p.m.
Sun, Aug 30 — Elevated Rescue, 6:30–7:30 p.m.
Mon, Aug 31 — Confined Space and Tripods, 3:00–3:45 p.m.
Mon, Aug 31 — Rescue from Fall Protection, 4:00–4:45 p.m.
Tue, Sept 1 — Confined Space Rescue Scenarios, 2:45–4:00 p.m.

We had a great time yesterday at the HASC Louisiana Best Practice Seminar. It was good to share lunch, talk about what’s working, and catch up with friends.
Thanks to the HASC for bringing everyone together.

What an incredible day at the Dream Day Foundation's annual Field of Dreams Softball Tournament, benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Each team had the privilege of “Swinging For” a specific St. Jude patient, and the Roco Rescue Rangers were honored to swing for Treyson. We’re grateful to the organizers, volunteers, and fellow teams who made the day so meaningful.
Thank you for welcoming us. We would be proud to support this wonderful cause again next year.
The Roco Rangers will be there!

Build the skills needed for Confined Space Rescue Technician certification with Roco’s FAST-TRACK-70™ course. This 70-hour program combines foundational instruction, hands-on rescue scenarios and certification testing. No prerequisites are required.
