It’s important to meet with a few builders and find your top contenders before you start designing. This will help you design a set of plans that you love, without blowing your budget.

Going the design-build route makes it easier on both ends. The client gets what they want with transparent pricing, and the builder is involved in every discussion and detail throughout the process.

Building a custom home is all about the details✅

One of our most important meetings when building a home is the client walkthrough. We recently met with our clients in LaPlace, along with our cabinet, electrical, and building material subcontractors to review every detail, answer questions, and make any adjustments before moving forward.

One of the biggest parts of this process is making sure the plans work in real life, not just on paper. This meeting is where collaboration happens, decisions are finalized, and small changes are made to create the finished home our clients envision.

What started as a vision in 2016 has grown into one of Central’s most unique communities. A neighborhood centered around charm, character, and the natural beauty of the oak trees that welcome you at the entrance.

Over the last 10 years, Arbor Grove has transformed from raw land into a thriving 70-lot subdivision. Watching this community come to life has been such a fun journey and we are grateful to have been a part of it.

Now, nearly a decade later, Arbor Grove is almost fully developed with just ONE lot remaining. Here’s to celebrating 10 years of growth, community, and a subdivision that is one of a kind!
