Dry needling is not magic... but it can feel like it sometimes πβ¨
Dry needling can be a great tool for muscle tightness, headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, tendon issues, and stubborn aches that seem to stick around.
What it is NOT? A cure all.
The real benefit is that it can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and create an opportunity for your body to move better. Then we build on that with strength training, mobility work, and the right exercises to create lasting results. πͺ
Think of dry needling as part of the solution, not the entire solution.

Ever feel like your healthcare appointment ended before it started? π
That is exactly what we wanted to change.
No double booking. No triple booking. No rushing through a checklist.
When you come to Delta, you get time. Time to tell your story. Time to ask questions. Time for us to dig deeper and find the real reason you are hurting.
Because the best outcomes start with actually being heard. π
Recovery is not a straight line. And anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. πͺ That is why we celebrate the small wins.
No two patients are the same. And that is exactly how we like it πͺ
Some people need a push. Some need reassurance. Some need help building confidence before they can build strength.
The best rehab starts by meeting people where they are and helping them get where they want to go.
The small moments in motion are the ones that build strength, confidence, and resilience for the long run.

Strength. Balance. Confidence. π
Recovery is not always about getting back to where you were. Sometimes it is about proving to yourself that you are still capable of more than you thought.
Every step, every rep, every challenge builds resilience both physically and mentally πͺ

Happy Birthday to the man, the myth, the Canadianπ
keeps the jokes coming, the joints moving, and somehow always finds a way to make rehab both effective and entertaining πͺπ
If you see him today, make sure to wish him a happy birthday... bonus points if you throw in a βsorryβ for the full Canadian experience ππ
Monster Walks might look simpleβ¦ until your glutes start screaming π₯
This exercise is one of our favorites for building hip strength, improving knee stability, and helping your body move better during everyday activities and workouts.
Want to make them harder?
β¬οΈ Use a stronger band
β¬οΈ Stay lower in your squat
β¬οΈ Slow the movement down
Need to scale them back?
β¬οΈ Use a lighter band
β¬οΈ Take smaller steps
β¬οΈ Stay taller while moving
The goal is controlled movement and keeping tension on the band the entire time πͺ

That massage gun is not only for post-workout soreness π
We often use percussion therapy before or after sessions to help loosen tight muscles, improve blood flow, decrease sensitivity, and get the body moving a little more comfortably.
Sometimes it helps prep the body for movement. Sometimes it helps calm things down afterward. Either wayβ¦ your muscles usually thank us later πͺ
