You’re invited! LSU Family Weekend will be held October 2-4, and registration is now open to all LSU Tiger families! Visit lsu.edu/familyweekend to learn more, view the schedule of events, and REGISTER NOW!

Registration is required and space is limited. Registration will close on September 21 at 4:30 PM CDT, or when maximum capacity is reached, whichever
comes first.

LSU Families can now stay informed and connected to campus safety!

Parents and family members can now receive LSU emergency notifications directly through the LSU Shield app. Whether your Tiger lives on campus or commutes, having LSU Shield on your phone is another way to stay informed about what’s happening on campus.

We encourage all LSU parents and family members to download the app today and turn on push notifications!

LSU Shield app emergency notifications are NOW AVAILABLE to individuals who are not affiliated with LSU including parents, family members, visitors, contractors and community partners.

To receive alerts, simply download the LSU Shield app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and enable push notifications when prompted.

We loved celebrating the first day of class with our Tigers over the past two days! More than 1500 Tigers stopped by our First Day of Class Photo Booth to strike a pose, grab a keepsake photo, and commemorate the start of another year at LSU. 🐯

There’s nothing sweeter than welcoming our newest Tiger families to LSU!

We loved meeting so many of you at Sweet Send-Off during Move-In Weekend and seeing our new Tigers and their families decked out in purple and gold. It was such a special way to celebrate this exciting chapter before families said “see you later” and our Tigers officially began their LSU journey.
