Our architects and designers integrate natural stone into residential, commercial and institutional projects. With our highly skilled and experienced fabricators and installers, we can perfectly execute any stone project, from concept to completion. What makes us different:
UDS is a direct importer of natural stone. Although the majority of the stone we import comes from the quarries of Turkey, we import natural stone from all over the world. This part of our service is what makes our products more obtainable to our customers. Not only are we your stone provider, fabricator and installer, but we are also your importer, cutting the cost of a middle-man, or stone importing company. The uniqueness of our company is what will make your home unprecedented. We can custom order any material to any specification. For example, in your home, we can use the exact same stone for your flooring, countertops, solid stone columns and your fireplace mantel. Our fabricators and installers have traveled overseas from Istanbul, Turkey to work with us and insure the absolute best methods of natural stone fabrication and installation available today. With hundreds of years of natural stone work in Turkish history, the knowledge and skill of production has been passed down through ancestry to our team. Di Meraler, owner and Architect, has over 15 years of experience in the stone production industry. With a degree in architecture from the most well renowned university in Turkey and having worked professionally throughout Europe, she has landed here to bring something exceptionally unique to the stone industry in the United States. At UDS, it is our job to provide you with the most naturally beautiful, unmatchable and everlasting materials available, with an immaculately sound finished product for your home or business. Steps to your project:
1. Architects and designers meet with clients to assess the needs and wants for the client's project.

2. The most architecturally and structurally sound design solutions are proposed according to the assessment.

3. An itemized quotation is prepared at no charge separating each item with material and installation included.

4. After contractual agreement, the necessary stone fabrication will occur during the allotted time period before the installation start date. If this is a new build or remodel, there is usually time for fabrication while other building phases are taking place. Stone is usually installed right before the final coat of paint. Although we are based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we travel throughout the United States for stone projects. Furthermore, we know we can give you a competitive offer on your project.
