Despite moving to Colorado and living amongst some of the most beautiful and inspiring scenery, it’s been hard for me to get back into a schedule of consistently creating art. But, yesterday I picked up my micron pen and some markers and had so much fun creating these lil guys! 🌞🌜🍄‍🟫
I’ve made it a goal to create some form of art every day, even if it’s just a silly little sketch like these, in order to get my creative juices flowing again! I plan on documenting it on this page, even if it’s just sketches and not big beautiful finished pieces. 🖌️🍃

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted on this page, and I just wanted to update you all on where I’ve been. I took some time off to focus on life things and recharge, but I’m excited to say that I’m back-and with some new energy, surroundings, and plenty of inspiration! 😌⛰️

I’ve just made a move to Colorado, and will be here for the next few months enjoying all the nature this state has to offer! I’m really looking forward to getting back to creating and sharing my art with all of you 😊

Finished up another one of these paintings inspired by pinned insect collections 😊 This is a Golden Moon Moth (similar to a Luna Moth!) and an Oak Eggar Moth.
Done in gouache and in a thrifted frame. 🖼️

One of my favorite new pieces! I’ve been trying to further my style and experiment more recently, and I had a lot of fun sketching and playing around with this design before adding it to clothing.
Do you prefer the look of a single subject or do you like that this design has more elements in it?

Here’s a Plains Clubtail dragonfly and a Coppery Dysphania butterfly painted with gauche! I added this piece to a thrifted frame and love the final result! 😊♻️🌱
