Families, campers and volunteers enjoyed an incredible spread featuring finger sandwiches, boudin egg rolls, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, and an assortment of sweet desserts. With so many tasty options, there was truly something for everyone to enjoy as we celebrated an amazing week together.

The Friday Family Party is a special opportunity for campers and their loved ones to connect, share memories from camp and enjoy time together before the week comes to an end. Catering Cajun's generous support helped make the event even more memorable with a meal that brought everyone together.

Their team made sure the gym stayed cool and comfortable for every camper and volunteer during the summer heat — providing the air conditioning that made such a difference. Their staff was available, helpful, and genuinely kind every step of the way.

Because of partners like United Rentals, local St. Jude patients and their siblings got to enjoy a safe, fun, and comfortable Camp Care experience. We are so grateful!

During our 2025 Christmas Party, Jerry and Cathy pledged to cover the cost of a Camp Care field trip, and because of their kindness, our St. Jude patients and siblings were able to enjoy an exciting day at the Blue Zoo Aquarium Baton Rouge. Campers had the opportunity to explore marine life, interact with animals, and create special memories with new friends.

Their gift turned a promise into an unforgettable adventure, bringing smiles, laughter, and joy to the children and families we serve.

A huge thank you to Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy for providing the home base for Camp Care 2026! 🧡

Their generosity allowed us to transform the campus into a place where St. Jude patients and their siblings could learn, play, create, and connect throughout our five-day summer camp. Campers enjoyed using the gym for games, meals, and spending time together between activities and field trips. They also had the opportunity to create artwork in the art room and unwind in the library's quiet space when they needed a moment to relax.

Beyond providing an incredible facility, the administrative and maintenance staff were wonderful partners throughout the week. Their support, flexibility, and hospitality helped ensure that every camper had a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience.

Camp Care simply would not have been possible without the generosity and partnership of Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to helping create special memories for the St. Jude families we serve.
