June HYROX Camp was a huge success. 👏

In just two hours, we covered race strategy, nutrition, penalties, movement technique, strength work, and compromised running.

Everyone walked away with more knowledge, more confidence, and a clearer path for training and race day.

Our next HYROX Camp is August 1st. If you’re racing this fall, don’t wait to prepare—come train with us.

⚡ CrossFit Kids (Ages 10–14)
Saturdays • 8:30–9:30 AM
