ASPRS FIU in the building! 🙌 Our chapter rolled up to the 2026 UF/FL-ASPRS Spring Geospatial Workshop ready to learn, network, and represent. Two workshops a whole lot of geospatial geekiness, and even more new connections later — we're walking away inspired (and maybe a little obsessed with digital twins 👀).

We had an amazing turnout at our first Intro to Remote Sensing workshop🌎🛰️!

Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event such a success. And thank you to our amazing students that presented on the applications of remote sensing and photogrammetry in their research!. We were excited to introduce the fundamentals of remote sensing and see so much interest in geospatial science from our panthers.

First time at Geo Week and we showed up strong! 💪

The ASPRS Florida International University Student Chapter proudly attended Geo Week 2026 for the very first time!

From connecting with industry leaders to exploring the latest innovations in LiDAR, remote sensing, and mapping technologies, this experience was truly inspiring for our students.
