Shelby has been an incredible member of our BIG team since January 2026! During her time at BIG, she has earned her CABAS® Teaching Assistant 1 Rank and Line Tech 1 on our career pipeline. Shelby is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis! We feel incredibly lucky to have someone like Shelby who brings kindness, enthusiasm, and heart to BIG every day. Monthly Caregiver Guidance 💛💚🩵

Our monthly Caregiver Guidance sessions help families learn practical ABA strategies and better understand their child’s treatment. Last week, BCBAs Madison and Brad introduced the VB-MAPP and ELCAR assessments, including how they identify strengths and areas of need and guide individualized, meaningful goals at BIG.

Our enrichment theme of the week was Fairytales, and what better way to celebrate than with a visit from two very special princesses! Rapunzel and Elsa joined us for a magical day filled with smiles, fun, and unforgettable memories.

Science + creativity = MAGIC!

During Colors Week, BIG's little scientists had so much fun watching colors swirl through the milk during the Magic Milk Experiment! 🌈🥛

Congratulations to our July Employee Spotlight, Jaylah! Jaylah has been an incredible member of our BIG team since February 2024. During her time at BIG, she has earned her CABAS® Teaching Assistant 2 Rank and Line Tech 4 on our career pipeline. She is currently the Program Manager in Miranda's 3–5-year-old classroom. Jaylah graduated from Ball State University in May 2025 and is now working toward earning her BCBA certification. Thank you for all you do, Jaylah!
