A little spicy, a little sweet, and always an Eliza favorite.

Our pimento cheese balls are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and served with our hibiscus pepper jelly for the perfect bite. Loved by guests and staff alike, they’re the kind of appetizer that disappears fast.

Made with your table in mind.

Our Petite Green Salads typically come with cucumbers, tomatoes, and pickled red onion, but we’re always happy to make modifications when we can. Whether it’s a salad or another menu item, just let your server know about any allergies, dietary needs, or preferences, and our team will do our best to accommodate.

Fresh, thoughtful, and made for you at Eliza.

Say hello to Layla. ✨

She’s one of the friendly faces behind the Eliza experience, bringing a love for fresh ingredients, thoughtful details, and great hospitality to the team.

Layla is currently studying Advanced Culinary Arts at Louisiana Culinary Institute and will finish her program this December.

Her favorite menu item? The Grilled Gulf Fish — because she loves our fresh fish.

Her favorite part of working at Eliza? The attention to detail from our staff and the freshness of our ingredients.

Next time you’re in, be sure to say hello! 🫶🏻

A weekend dessert worth saving room for.

Our special this weekend is a Basque cheesecake with chocolate crémeux, brown butter pecan crumble, and muscadine coulis.

Rich, creamy, a little nutty, and finished with a bright seasonal touch. Available this weekend for $13 at Eliza.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see our Executive Chef Hayden Guidry in action at Main Street Market’s Teaching Kitchen, and a special thank you to Red Stick Farmers Market for hosting us.

Chef served up grits and grillades with roasted shiitake mushrooms, and more than 100 samples were shared throughout the morning.

We’re always grateful for the chance to connect with our community, celebrate local ingredients, and share a little taste of Eliza beyond our dining room.

Catch our Executive Chef in action at the farmer’s market tomorrow, Saturday, September 5. 🌿

Join us at Main Street Market’s Teaching Kitchen tomorrow at 10 a.m. for a cooking demonstration. Stop by, say hello, and get a closer look at the fresh, seasonal inspiration behind what we do at Eliza.

We’d love to see you there!

The kind of plate made for lingering.

Our cheese plate brings together Parmigiano Reggiano, Gruyère, Danish Bleu, and goat cheese with toasted sourdough, blackberries, spiced pecans, honey, and peach compote.

A little sweet, a little savory, and perfect for sharing over a glass of wine. Come try it this weekend!

September’s cocktail of the month is a familiar favorite. ✨

Our White Sangria is back for the month, and it’s just as crisp, refreshing, and easy to love as you remember. Light, fruity, and perfect for lingering over dinner or sipping at the bar.

Come enjoy a glass while it’s here.
