Taking a moment to do a little self care. Phototherapy with red light is a powerful tool. My personal preference is to combine with microneedling. Part 2: Implant exchange, extensive capsulorrhaphy, internal bra, revisionary breast lift, another Friday to Friyay

I really appreciate when patients allow us to share their journey. It is not uncommon for implants to head south and lateralize over time. This is a function of the chest being a cylinder, loss of elasticity of the tissues with aging, sometimes the muscle action of the pectoralis. After an ER visit with my daughter this morn, and an afternoon of clinic, this evening is closing with Taco Bell. Just something about a veggie Mexican pizza and a diet Mountain Dew.

Another complex breast revision. So satisfying helping this patient get things back where they need to be. Implant exchange, capsulorraphy, internal bra. Now time and good support should help her heal in a place where the breast are volumized in the right places.

Revision breast implant exchange. We improved the position of these implants, by changing the plane to subglandular. We also tightened the pocket and added an internal bra. Motiva implants were used because I believe they have less rippling and maintain their shape better. We also took care of redundant skin on the abdomen after weight loss with a tummy tuck. Loving her transformation.
