Cecile Bankston is a Pilates instructor with over 30 years experience who provides containing education for studios and staff members. Cecile is a regular visiting instructor for Pilates anytime.com, and her workouts have appeared in Women's Health Magazine and Dance spirit magazine. She appears in over 20 Pilates videos, and is certified through Kathy Corey Pilates and the Pilates Method alliance. Cecile has taught workshops and master classes internationally, and has designed programs for Physical Therapy clinics, and University Athletic training departments. She currently teaches at her studio in Baton Rouge,LA, "Simply Pilates by Cecile".
