Trinity Bay Fellowship

Last week’s youth retreat was such an awesome time together.

For the students graduating into youth, it gave them a chance to connect, settle in, and start building friendships before stepping into this new season.

For the students already in youth, it was a chance to deepen friendships, laugh together, worship together, and grow closer as a group.

We’re grateful for what God is doing in TBF Youth, and we’re excited to keep building on it tonight.

Youth Bible Study is tonight!

Drop-off: 6:00-6:30 PM
Ends: 7:30 PM

Middle and high school students, come hang out, bring your Bible, and be ready to jump into God’s Word with us.

Faith does not always look loud.

Sometimes it looks like forgiving the person you would rather avoid.
Sometimes it looks like opening your Bible when your mind feels scattered.
Sometimes it looks like praying before reacting.
Sometimes it looks like saying no to what keeps pulling your heart away from God.
Sometimes it looks like doing the right thing when nobody sees it.

So here’s your question for today: What is one small step of obedience you can take today?

Not someday.
Not when life slows down.
Not when everything feels easier.

Today.

Ask God for Spirit-given power.
Take the next faithful step.
Trust Him with what comes after that.

The future of the Church isn’t waiting until someday.

It’s being discipled today.

Sometimes that looks like a child asking questions.
Sometimes it looks like serving alongside adults.
Sometimes it looks like holding a microphone because they want to help.

We love seeing the next generation learn that church isn’t a place you attend. It’s a family you belong to.

Thank you to every volunteer who invests their time, patience, and love into helping kids grow in their faith.

Some of you are carrying pressure you didn’t choose.

A hard conversation.
Financial strain.
Grief that still hurts.
A season that has lasted longer than expected.

And when trials come, most of us ask,
“How do I get out of this?”

But James shifts the question.

Not, “How do I escape this?”
But, “What is God forming in me through this?”

James 1 reminds us that God does not waste what He allows.

Trials are not pleasant.
They are not easy.
But in the hands of a good and sovereign God, they are not meaningless.

He uses them to test faith, produce endurance, and move us toward maturity.

So if this week has felt heavy, don’t assume God is absent.

He may be doing deeper work than you can see right now.

☀️ Our Preteens Are Off to Camp! 🚌🏕️

On Sunday our preteens loaded up and headed to Lake Tomahawk for an incredible few days together!

We're praying this week is filled with fun, new friendships, unforgettable memories, and most importantly, meaningful moments with God. We believe camp has a special way of helping students step away from the distractions of everyday life so they can hear His voice more clearly.

Would you join us in praying for:
• Safe travels (They come home Thursday)
• The leaders serving and pouring into our students
• Hearts that are open to what God wants to do this week
• Lives that are changed by the gospel

Please be praying for every student and leader as they experience all God has planned!

Before the first song is sung, before the first person walks in, before the service begins, people are already serving.

Cables are being run.
Sound is being checked.
Screens are being set.
Spaces are being prepared.

Sometimes church looks like worship, preaching, and Bible study.

And sometimes it looks like kids laughing on a stack of gym mats while helping get a space ready for the littles.

We love that.

Because church is not a place where kids sit on the sidelines until they’re older.

They belong now.
They can serve now.
They can learn now.
They can build friendships now.
They can be part of the life of the church right now.

We’re thankful for the joy, energy, and laughter our kids bring to TBF.

Little hands. Big purpose.

Some weeks feel like too much.

Too many decisions.
Too many responsibilities.
Too many emotions.
Too many things you’re trying to hold together.

But God doesn’t ask you to carry the whole week at once.

Ask Him for grace for the next faithful step.

The next conversation.
The next act of obedience.
The next moment of patience.
The next quiet prayer.
The next “Lord, help me trust You here.”

You don’t need to have the whole week figured out.

You need the Lord.

And He is faithful to meet you right where you are.
