📍Lessons will be held at Texas Sports Medicine Center with an indoor heated pool in Tomball, TX.
ISR Self Rescue lessons are:
• 1:1 with Master Instructor Teresa Rising
• 10 minutes each day, Monday - Thursday
• 4-6 weeks for Infants 6M+
• 4 weeks average for ages 4-7
ONLY 6 spots available for morning time &
4 spots available for afternoon/evening.
