A 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit chartered to support the mental health & well-being of military, veterans, first responders, and their families at no cost.

We define “guardians” as law enforcement officers, military service members, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), firefighters, and rescue services. Our guardians hold an honorable position within our community and are largely responsible for maintaining its safety and security. The sound functioning of a society’s guardians is a direct reflection of its overall well-being; their equipment and qualif

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and Guardian Revival is inviting you to take part in the One Mile Challenge.

The commitment is simple: walk, run, ruck, or move one mile each day throughout September in support of veteran and first responder su***de prevention.

For many veterans and first responders, asking for help can feel difficult. This challenge is a way to show up, start conversations, raise awareness, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

Every mile is a statement of support. Every shared post can help reach someone who needs to see it. And every person who joins helps strengthen a community committed to connection, hope, and prevention.

Join us this September and make your miles matter.

One week ago, our Boots & Paws team hit a huge milestone

We awarded our 150th companion puppy to a Hudson Valley guardian — a milestone made possible through the incredible support of Orange Theory Fitness Poughkeepsie, whose community raised funds in honor of Coach Jeremy.

In a beautiful full-circle moment, the guardian we awarded, Steve, has a daughter named Emilia, just like Jeremy’s fiancée, Emilia, whom we partnered with to honor his legacy. Their story, and the stories of all our guardians, are why this program exists.

From keeping puppies clean, fed, and training-ready to traveling long distances to be present at awardings and capture these moments on camera, our Boots & Paws team shows up for guardians day in and day out.

Here’s to 150 companions placed—and many more lives impacted.

Guardian Revival is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Haight as Chief Executive Officer, following her service as interim CEO since March 2026.

Kim brings more than ten years of nonprofit executive experience in strategy, advocacy, crisis response and mission-driven program development, and has provided steady leadership, continuity for staff and partners, and a clear focus on sustaining our momentum.

Her appointment reflects our Board’s confidence in her ability to guide Guardian Revival into its next chapter while keeping our mission grounded in our core values of connection, healing and service as we support the mental health of military members, veterans, first responders and their families—at no cost to them.

Their acts of service aren’t simply stories we tell — they’re an integral part of a history that defines our ideals, shapes our communities, carries our hopes forward into a brighter future. Each name represents a person who chose to serve something greater than themselves: a commitment to protect our lives and our freedoms, even at the greatest cost.

Their sacrifices will never be forgotten, and their actions don’t end with them — their legacy lives on through the families who carry their memory, the friends who keep their spirit alive, and the fellow guardians who continue the work they began.

To those who gave everything — rest in peace. We carry you with us.

To everyone who showed up Sunday — thank you.

The inaugural Guardian Revival 5K was built around a simple idea: that community, movement, and showing up for each other can make a real difference in the lives of military members, veterans, first responders, and their families.

Sunday proved that in every way.

Over $27,000 raised. 235 participants. Volunteers, sponsors, families, and supporters who gave their time and energy to make it happen. And an atmosphere full of encouragement, laughter, and heart from start to finish.

This is what Guardian Revival is about — and you made it real.
