A premier community of luxury and high-end wedding and event professionals throughout Colorado. What if we could make them fun, educational, and innovative?

After years in the wedding and event industry and going to all types of industry events and association meetings we decided to do something a little bit different. What if we could create a networking group that felt like family, with some of the best wedding and event pros in our industry? That is where emerge was born. How do we find ways to interact as humans? We believe that by creating ways to interact in authentic and fun ways we will truly connect on a personal level. Personal connections lead to business connections.

We’re so excited to introduce Kara Moon of Enjoué Studio Events, the planner and designer behind our Beaver Creek Retreat!

Kara has more than 20 years of experience creating celebrations, and she brings both incredible creativity and a deep understanding of what it takes to make an event feel effortless for the people attending. She thinks through the beautiful details, the logistics, and how it all comes together as an experience.

Planning for a room full of event professionals is no small assignment, and Kara has brought so much care and excitement to it. We’re grateful to have her leading the design and planning for Beaver Creek, and we can’t wait for you to see what she’s creating with us.

Give Enjoué Studio Events a follow and help us show Kara some love!

There’s always a moment, somewhere in the middle of the evening, when the table gets quieter. Not because the energy drops. Because the conversations get deeper.
That’s what our night at The Langham felt like.
A room of people who came in as professionals and left knowing each other a little better. That’s what we’re here for.
Thank you to our creative partners who made this evening possible. Please follow them, refer them, and remember them when an opportunity comes around.

Does your website actually sound like you? And more importantly, is it helping the right clients understand why they should choose you?

Join us September 24th for an Online Round Table with Andrea Shah, a copywriter and marketing consultant who helps wedding creatives find their voice, communicate what makes them different, and connect with the clients they actually want to work with.

With more than a decade of experience in websites and brand voice, Andrea brings strategy, storytelling, psychology, and market research to the conversation.

This isn't a webinar where you sit back and listen. Bring your questions, share what's working (or isn't!), and let's talk about how we can make our businesses easier for the right people to choose.

📅 September 24th 9 AM Pacific | 12 PM Eastern

Not a member? You can join one of our online gatherings for free to see what Emerge is all about!

Last chance to join us in Miami!

We are back at The White Orchid on September 29th, and we have saved a seat at the table for you. We've opened our last few seats to guests (previously only for members).

Some of the best relationships in this industry start because someone put you in the same room.

That's what we love about these dinners. Your circle gets a little bigger, and not just with more names in your phone. With more people in your corner. People who share what they know, make the introduction, send your name when an opportunity comes up, and genuinely want to see you succeed.

Grab yours through the link in bio or the Emerge app.

Turns out you can learn a lot about someone while watching them miss a putt. :)

San Clemente. Salty Turf. This is what it looks like when an Emerge gathering isn’t a dinner.

There’s something about doing something together that changes the conversation. You stop leading with what you do and start getting to know who someone is. A little friendly competition, a few drinks, a lot of laughing, and somewhere along the way, people get a little more comfortable being themselves.

That’s why we create experiences like this. The best business relationships come from the best personal ones, and sometimes those start over a very questionable putt.

The sun went down. No one left. We’ll call that a win.

Only a few seats left for Into the Blue

Chicago, we’re taking Emerge out on the water.

Join us September 30 from 4:00–6:30 PM for an afternoon cruising Lake Michigan with the Chicago skyline behind us. Good food, good drinks, good people, and a chance to step out of the usual routine and experience the city together.

Sometimes the best connections happen when we do something a little different.

Come with friends or come knowing no one. We’ll save you a seat on the boat.

Only a few seats remain. Register through the link in our bio or the Emerge app.

A huge thank you to our sponsors for this event.

Announcing our Beaver Creek Retreat speakers!

This year’s Retreat is inspired by Earth, Wind, Fire & Rain - the elements that ground us, move us, ignite us, and help us grow.

And these four incredible women will help lead the conversations:

Heather Dwight | Calluna Events |
Brynn Swanson | First Look Event |
Irene Katzias | Irene + Co Events |
Sarah Roshan | Emerge Event Collective |

Our Retreat is Emerge’s three-day immersive experience, bringing members and wedding and event professionals from across the country together to learn, connect, have meaningful conversations, and build relationships that last far beyond the time we spend together in the mountains.

Join us October 5–7 in Beaver Creek, Colorado, just 30 minutes from Eagle County Regional Airport or about two hours from Denver.

Come ready to get grounded, be moved, reignite something, and maybe even grow through a little rain. :)

We hope you’ll be there with us.

Register at the link in bio or in the Emerge app.

What if AI didn’t just help you write the email... what if it actually did the work?

Join us online Thursday, August 20 at 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET for:

Beyond the Chatbot: Claude as Your Agentic Business Partner

Most of us are already using AI for emails, captions, brainstorming, and content. But there’s an entirely different level of AI that can actually start taking pieces of your business off your plate.

Julian Ribinik of JRS Consulting + Julian Ribinik Studios is taking us behind the scenes of how he uses Claude as an **operator, not just a writing assistant.**

Think lead triage using your own business logic. Social content pulled from your existing content and written in your actual voice. Financial analysis. AEO + SEO. Daily agent reports. And AI that can actually interact with software and workflows instead of simply telling you what to do next.

We’ll talk about the differences between **Claude Chat, CoWork, and Code**, how to bring your ChatGPT history with you without starting over, and what it looks like to build AI into the day-to-day operations of a real business.

And this is a Round Table, so come ready to participate.

Bring a real problem, repetitive task, workflow, or *“I wish I could get AI to do THIS”* from your business. The more specific, the better. We want this to be a conversation you can actually put to work when you leave.

Thursday, August 20
9:00 AM PT | 10:00 AM MT | 11:00 AM CT | 12:00 PM ET
Online

Come curious. Bring something you want to solve.

And maybe leave with a new colleague who never sleeps. 😉
