Sea Rim Striders is a running club for our immediate SETX area, accepting of all runners and paces 🧡 Information on joining SRS is available on our website.
The goal of the Sea Rim Striders Run Club is to promote Running & Walking as a form of fitness, and to give back to our Community. We are an all-volunteer organization, so all proceeds go back to the works of the Organization. Everything we do is Free and open to the Public except the Turkey Trot Event. Turkey Trot Is our signature fundraising event! Please consider coming and supporting your local Running club! Bring the kiddos too! We have a Kids 1K and shirts for 2T or 3T - Adult 5X size. Special needs participants of any age are welcomed to run/walk in the Kids K. Discounts for SRS Members, Military Individuals, and Special needs & Adaptive Athletes. All Participants receive a finisher medal. Awards for 5-year age groups, Masters, and Overall winners 1st-3rd. We hope you can come join the Fun!

2026 Turkey Trot Marketing distribution!
We are actively circulating event posters & Yard signs--
If anyone is able to display a yard sign or poster at your home or place of work, please comment or email us which sizes/item and qty you need and we'll gather them.
We can leave at On the Run- Beaumont for you to pick up at your convenience, or we can bring it to 3 Bros The Big Pumpkin Run as we are Assiting their local race this weekend.
We have: 8x11 and 12x18 posters, and 4x6 handouts.
As well as yard signs!

SRS is securing Volunteer COORDINATORS for our 2026 Turkey Trot!
Coordinators are a Lead over a specific area of the event.
See attached graphic for open opportunities.
Coordinators need to be secured ASAP!
(regular volunteers search will be posted next month)

👉Bike Marshals (must be 18+)

This weekend we assisted ExxonMobil Beaumont with their annual employees private 5K today!
HUGE thank you to group volunteers Spindletop Rollergirls Local Beaumont Roller Derby Team who helped work water stops, Bike Marshaling, and packing up SRS gear 🧡 We appreciate you!!!
It was great to see a lot of familiar faces including some of our Annual Club & 2026 Turkey Trot Sponsors like On the Run- Beaumont, First Response Urgent Care, Exceptional Emergency Center & Smoothie King-Beaumont!
