Locksmith needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont. This position is responsible for installing new locks and door hardware as needed; repairing locks as necessary; re-keying locks to meet security needs; changing locker combinations and making new keys; repairing and adjusting door-mounted closers and floor closers; and keeping accurate and up-to- date record of all keys and locks. This position maintains key control and information by coding each key; logging into key log; updating Best and Schlage databases; reading building prints for door access and lock installation; and setting master keying function for each building. Certified HVAC Technician needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont. This position is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting and repairing commercial industrial air handlers, fan coil units, VAV boxes, recirculation pumps, residential package units, gas-fired boilers, ice machines and other equipment. Tech will also be expected to troubleshoot and maintain commercial chillers, compressors and other central plant equipment. Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont. This position is responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
