Dana 44 rear done with OX locker. Motive 3.54 gears, bearing kit, 1310 yoke and axle bearings/seals. On some of the D44 running an OX locker you have to clearance the pinion head to clear the actuator ring and this one needed it. Had to hand sand .0015" off the preload shim to land on the correct preload. Going into this 76 CJ7.

Out with the G80 Gov lock on this GM 8.6".
Loaded with a Yukon Duragrip, AAM 2 cut 3.42 gears and bearings throughout and straightened bent housing. Going into an 06 Silverado.

1964 GM 8.2" done with a Yukon Duragrip, 3.36 gears, 1541H axle shafts and bearings throughout. 4Link4WD case spreader adapters and case spreader was needed to get proper preload/backlash due to the thinner (.072"/.084") shim stacks in the pre 66 GM rear ends. Going into this 33 Ford.

Ford 9.75" freshened up with all new bearings/seals. 3.73 gears were reused so pattern and backlash were matched to pre teardown specs. Going back into an 03 F150.

If the bearings feel really rough and sounds like a freight train but you don't find anything remarkable ... keep digging. There's an explanation for everything.

GM 12 bolt straightened on both ends, welded tubes to center and loaded with a Yukon Duragrip, Richmond DD 3.55 gears, magnetic plug, Quick Performance 1541h axle shafts, housing ear bushings and bearings throughout going into this 66 Chevelle.

I don't think I would take the chance. 😳
