New continuing education requirements took effect on January 1st, 2026 for all Oregon real estate licensees.

These updated requirements included changes to the Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC), the introduction of a new required Fair Housing Course, and revisions to the Advanced Practices Courses for brokers, property managers, and principal brokers.
