Proud and grateful to see Fly Chai featured in the Portland Business Journal.
I started Fly Chai because I wanted to take something deeply connected to my family and introduce more people to real masala chai. Building this has not been easy, but I continue to believe in what Fly Chai can become.

Here is what’s going down this week at the shop and around town:
• MON (4–8 PM) | Study & Sip: Quiet beats, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and study tables. (The $5 student slushie runs 3–5 PM!)
• TUE (5–8 PM) | Tabletop & Chai: Bring your favorite board games or play one of our house basics. Chai pots and tasting flights are ready for your crew.
• WED (5–8 PM) | Chai & Create: Bring your sketchbooks, journals, knitting, or small projects. Relaxed, self-guided creative vibes (keep materials low-mess).
• THU (5–8 PM) | Community Hang: An open invitation for clubs, teams, and local organizations to gather and connect.
• FRI (5–8 PM) | Flights & Bites: The easy date night or friend catch-up built around our featured chai-and-food bundle.
• SAT (8:30 AM–1:30 PM) | Beaverton Farmers Market: Catch us out in the community serving your fresh favorites!
• SUN (11 AM–2:30 PM) | Lake Grove First Sunday Market: Find our market setup out at Lake Grove.
• SUN (12 PM–TIL) | Spill the Chai: Live set with DJ Alrose spinning back at the shop to close out the weekend right.
