PNW Home Inspector

It has given me lots of experience as a Realtor helping Home Buyers navigate the process of the real estate transaction. And now having inspected over 1000 homes I have a thorough understanding for the importance of purchasing a home with confidence. It’s very important to know what your getting and one of the most important aspects of the home inspection is explaining what I find during the inspection to the prospective home buyer(s) in a way that they can understand it. In addition I have personally built several homes which has given me the intimate knowledge of a home from the foundation to the roof top. This knowledge allows me to focus on all of the important details. I also have served the local community for over 25 years as a professional Firefighter & Emergency Medical Technician. I enjoy spending my spare time outdoors with my family, gardening and tending to my freshwater aquariums.
