July closings 😊 I was lucky enough to help 3 families get into new homes 🏠

Got to help another veteran family buy their first home😊 It is so rewarding to hand over the keys, especially to this sweet couple who first came to me because they were tired of paying rent. Luckily they came to my VA Homebuyers class and learned all about their benefit. knocked it out of the park as always with the loan!

So excited for my clients to have a home base in Bellingham again 😊 This went from “just looking while I’m in town” to “ This is the one” in just a few days!
