📍 Bellingham, WA | Full-Time, In Person
💵 $22–$28 per hour
Enjoy working with your hands? Want to learn a skilled trade? Join the manufacturing team at Signs Plus!
No industrial painting or sign experience required—we’ll train the right person. Learn surface preparation, paint mixing, spray finishing, and custom coatings while helping create signs and fabricated products.
We’re looking for someone mechanically inclined, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented who takes pride in quality work.

A valid Washington State driver’s license and driving record meeting company insurance requirements are required. Must be able to work in Bellingham before starting.

WE’RE HIRING! SIGN INSTALLATION APPRENTICE
Bellingham, WA | Full-Time | Day Shift
$22–$30/hour, depending on experience
Enjoy working with your hands? Comfortable with tools? Build a skilled-trade career with Signs Plus!
No sign installation experience? That’s okay—we’ll train the right person. Basic construction experience and a mechanical or electrical aptitude are a great starting point.
Work alongside experienced Journeyman installers on custom signs, lighting, and specialty installations throughout the Pacific Northwest. No two days are the same!
LEARN ON THE JOB:
• Electrical and non-electrical sign installation
• Reading shop drawings and installation plans
• Rigging, loading, and material handling
• Crane and boom truck operation
• Work toward crane certification and participate in the Washington State 04 Electrical Apprenticeship Program
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Dependable, safety-minded people who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a crew, and want a long-term career. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required. You must be comfortable with physical work, ladders, heights, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Approximately 25% travel, including occasional Monday–Friday projects, with employees typically home on weekends.
