Do you love Vaudevillingham?

We do, too! Vaudevillingham is a show for the whole community. As a donation-based event, no one is turned away for lack of funds, and we plan to always keep it that way.

Vaudevillingham is our main source of monthly income, helping to keep the lights on in our circus space. While we continue to welcome new attendees in every month (welcome!), the ticket sales simply don’t keep up with the costs of keeping our space open (rent, utilities, labor - and much more). Mix that with the rising costs of ✨everything✨ and the rapidly disappearing funding for the arts across the board, and that leaves us needing asking for a bit of extra help from our friends.

A new program for super star patrons who will help support our monthly variety show, keeping this local gem thriving and accessible to everyone!

The puppets are coming to town!

String and Shadow Puppet Theater (String and Shadow) will be bringing their widely-acclaimed production, Night at the Grand Opera, to Bellingham Circus Guild on Sunday, August 23rd. We are so thrilled to host this incredible group of artists and their masterpiece of a show on the BCG stage, and we hope all of you will join us to revel in the experience!

Set in an old European opera house during the golden age of Grand Opera, Night at the Grand Opera is a frenzied romp through a candlelit night at the Opera. Rococo extravagance is fashioned with elaborate cardboard sets that collapse and unfold to reveal the many great dramas of the opera house (not all of which happen on stage.) Love triangles, converging revolutionary plots, art-loving flies and disaffected vermin are brought to life with cardboard and paper mache.

Spread the word far and wide - giant puppets are coming to Bellingham, and it’s not to be missed!

We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with our friends & sponsors at for their new circus beer release party this weekend at Sunnyland Stomp!

Swing by the Stomp today at 3pm to try this playful new brew and watch some stellar performances! They’ll be donating $2 per pint to BCG. After Stomp, they’re still donating $1 per pint until the beer sells out, so you can come back again and drink for a great cause! Clown around responsibly 🤡🎪🍻

We’ll be returning to Ferndale’s Summer of Fun for our annual family-friendly circus show! Enjoy aerial, juggling, flow arts, and stilt walking performances. Bring a comfortable camping chair or blanket and arrive early to claim your spot on the lawn.

Summer camp season is just around the corner! ☀️🎪 We’re kicking off our Youth Circus Summer Day Camp by introducing the incredible crew of instructors who will be leading the way this year.

Our team brings years of professional experience across a wide range of circus arts, making this summer packed with creativity, skill-building, and high-energy fun.

🟠 Laura Burch - Aerial
Award-winning aerial artist and educator Laura Gwendolyn Burch offers extensive experience in coaching, blending a technical foundation from yoga with nearly 15 years of professional aerial instruction, including silks, sling, and lyra. Her teaching philosophy focuses on combining athletic precision with artistic storytelling, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for students. 🟠 Quinn Murley - Prop Manipulation
Quinn Murley was born and raised in Bellingham, and due to his love of the circus community here, he might just never leave. Quinn has been a fire performer and flow artist for nearly 11 years, and has been teaching kids of all ages for 8. He's been a proud member of the Bellingham Circus Guild for several years and has performed at events all over the PNW. More than anything, though, teaching runs in Quinn's family and sharing what he knows with others is what he loves most. He believes strongly that youth circus arts builds resilience, power, and knowledge of the self - and most of all, makes the world a better place.

🟠 Paper La Shay - Clowning
Paper LaShay is an international performance artist. Specialized in vaudeville, burlesque, sideshow, clown, dance, acrobatics, and stilting. She has toured with a variety of groups for 10+ years, such as: the Wanderlust Circus, March Fourth, High Step Society, Hot Damn Scandal, Three For Silver, Lucent Dossier Experience and more! She is most known for her quirky animated style, fitting inside a steamer trunk and doing wild things with spaghetti. She believes clowns will save the world.
