Wilson Engineering at T-Mobile Park!
Yesterday, we watched not one, but two exciting sporting events! The Mariners defeated the Giants, and Spain edged out Argentina in an unforgettable match. Everyone's eyes were glued to the TVs in the 106th minute when Spain scored, and the excitement continued as the Mariners pulled ahead to secure the win.
We're so glad that so many members of our team, along with their families, were able to come together for a great day of sports, sunshine, and good company. It was the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful summer day!

Olmsted Park (formerly Swift Park) has undergone major new improvements that enhance both recreation and accessibility!
Located just before the entrance to the Sedro-Woolley Innovation for Tomorrow (SWIFT) Center, the 14-acre park now offers improved trail access, restrooms, picnic shelters, play areas, paved parking, and an ADA-accessible fishing dock.
Designed with the surrounding environment in mind, the site improvements and stormwater features complement the park's natural character, including two wetlands, Brickyard Creek and Thompson Pond, home to the annual Wildcat Steelhead Club Fishing Derby!

Wilson assisted the team with civil design, survey, and ADA compliance to help improve the park's walking trails. We hope these site enhancements create an even better experience for everyone who visits, whether you're stopping for a coffee or enjoying the scenic views of Bellingham Bay.

Morgan Adams joins Wilson Engineering as our Summer Intern!
Morgan Adams was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington, and is currently a junior at Gonzaga University studying Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Studies. During the school year, Morgan works as a research assistant for Dr. Kyle Shimabuku, studying how wildfires impact drinking water systems.
For fun, Morgan loves spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, biking, walking, or playing soccer. She also enjoys listening to music and journaling. Mornings are Morgan's favorite time of day because they always start with a fun caffeinated drink. She enjoys coffee, tea, soda, and energy drinks; it just depends on the day.
We are so happy to have Morgan on the Wilson team this summer!
