From all of us in the AIHEC ASC Student Congress, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Northwest Indian College and the Lummi Campus for graciously hosting the 2026 ASC LIFE Conference. πΏβ¨
We are incredibly thankful for the warm welcome, generosity, hospitality, and support shown to students from Tribal Colleges and Universities across Indian Country. This conference provided us with meaningful opportunities to grow as leaders, build lasting connections, learn from one another, engage in important conversations, and strengthen our commitment to serving our Tribal communities.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Northwest Indian College President Dr. Lexie Tom, NWIC Board of Trustees Chair Destiny Petroske, Elder Juanita Jefferson, AIHEC, the AIHEC Student Congress, the Student Activities team, conference organizers, presenters, volunteers, and everyone who contributed their time, energy, and knowledge to making this conference such a success.
Most importantly, thank you to the students who showed up with open hearts, open minds, and a shared commitment to Indigenous leadership and the future of our Tribal Nations. The connections made, lessons learned, and memories created will continue to inspire us long after the conference has ended.
We leave this experience feeling grateful, empowered, and even more committed to advocating for our communities and carrying forward the strength, resilience, and vision of our ancestors.
Wopila tanka to Northwest Indian College and everyone who helped make the 2026 ASC LIFE Conference an unforgettable experience! β€οΈπΏπͺΆ
