Days I’m looking to fill are Sunday and Mondays.
About 3-4 hours of work per day with potential for more. Mornings or early afternoons preferred.

Ideal applicant will need the following;
Must be 18+
Must have horse experience
Willing to work attitude
Punctual
Pays attention to detail

MISSING HORSE UPDATE: Rowdy the Horse is Still Missing. Rowdy was last seen near Lily Lake on Blanchard Mountain about 3/4 of a mile from Lily Lake along the Lily Lake Trail on the afternoon of Monday, June 22nd. Over the last several days, multiple volunteers have searched the area on horseback, foot and using drones from daylight to dusk. Hermanns Helicopters llc out of Arlington spent several hours flying over the area to assist in locating Rowdy on Wednesday. Volunteer drone operators and a thermal imaging drone have also been used to try to locate him. He is still missing. Volunteers on Horseback, Foot and Mountain bike are asked to hit the trails if possible and assist in the search for Rowdy. Unofficial Staging is at the Upper Parking lot on Blanchard Mountain. There is no formal search party, as search and rescue does not go looking for animals. Groups are communicating through text with the phone number below. If you are out searching, keep an eye out for the Dark Brown Saddle he was wearing as well as a brown Saddle bag that was on Rowdy when he went missing. He has a tattoo on his left neck and a cloudy right eye. He is friendly and not scared of people, vehicles, fi****ms or noises. He has been trail ridden on the trails in the area frequently.

At this time I do have a horse available for a partial on-site lease.
Lease would be 3-4 days a week for $325/month. Horse would be best suited for an intermediate rider and up. Lessons can be arranged but would be separate from lease amount. Western tack is available for use during this lease.

A little about Bobby;
Bobby is a 20 year old American Quarter horse mare who has quite the resume competing in national cow cutting/sorting/penning events and competitions. Bobby is pretty fun in the arena and outside the arena. She is known to be my go to mount for beginners looking to get out on the mountain or folks who are seeking to gain better saddle skills.

I just wanted to jump on here and let everyone know if you are finding yourself needing help evacuating horses and small livestock from flood waters please please please do not hesitate to give me a buzz! I dont have room for temp boarding but i can certainly help with transportation and other resources.
