I thoroughly enjoyed the bright pink that made its appearance at the end of the sunset this past Tuesday June 2nd! The sunset started off orange but then slowly changed hues to pink and that ending really popped! 🌅🩷

I was sitting outside on my balcony enjoying the sunny weather and view this past Tuesday (6/2) when a sun dog appeared in the sky! To the naked eye, it was a rainbow strip in between the clouds, but I couldn’t quite capture that with my iPhone. It was also the start off a good sunset, with me posting more of that tomorrow! 🌈🌅
A sun dog (or parhelion) is an atmospheric optical phenomenon consisting of bright, often rainbow-colored patches of light. They are caused by sunlight refracting through thin, high-altitude cirrus clouds containing flat, hexagonal ice crystals. ☀️🌈

I came home last night just in time to see this incredible sunset and I’m so glad I didn’t miss it! That cloud over the trees lit up like cotton candy and was beyond stunning! 🌅
June is here and starting off with a banger of a sunset! I don’t add music to the video because the birds were singing their beautiful tunes! 😍

The sunset this past Tuesday (5/26) was incredible! That cloud layer burst into color after the sun went down and it was beyond magical! The texture and color was even better to the naked eye that I couldn’t quite capture with my iPhone. 🌅

The sunset this past Tuesday (5/26) started off with the sun passing through a few layers of thick clouds and then illuminated into a beautiful spectacle of color and texture. The clouds really made it magical! Stay turn for part 2 tomorrow. 🌅

The celestial alignment really came through on Thursday May 21st! You can clearly see the crescent moon, Jupiter, and Venus after the sun went down. The sunset was also a beauty with cloud layers that did a peak-a-boo show with the setting sun, then turning the sky lovely shade of orange and peach. 🌙✨🌅

The sunset this past Saturday (5/23) was another lovely one. The sun shined through a layer of clouds on its decent and then the sky turned various hues of orange while the few clouds turned gray. I especially enjoyed the streak of yellow between the trees after the sun set on horizon. 🌅
