If you're a Craniosacral Therapist longing to deepen your understanding of the earliest foundations of human experience, this training was created with you in mind.

For more than 24 years, Clara Cunningham, RCST, has explored the profound relationship between touch, presence, and the body's innate capacity for healing. Her path began as a caregiver for children living with disabilities and in hospice, where she learned that healing is often found not in doing more, but in cultivating deeper presence.

That journey led her into biodynamic craniosacral therapy and eventually into the rich field of pre- and perinatal somatic psychology. After two decades of study with senior teachers and 13 years of teaching through The Human Development Center, Clara now offers a rare integration of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, embryology, attachment and bonding, prenatal and birth psychology, developmental neuroscience, and somatic healing.

Every person who lies on our treatment table was once an embryo, a fetus, a newborn, and an infant...

Those experiences didn't disappear.

They became the architecture through which the nervous system learned to organize itself. They continue to influence how we meet stress, form relationships, perceive ourselves and the world, and move through health, healing, and life.

Pre- & Perinatal Somatic Psychology invites us to explore the earliest chapters of human development—not simply as memories, but as living patterns still expressed through the body.
