Another thoughtfully designed residential community is now complete in north Bellingham! With the City's updated zoning regulations, a single residential property has been transformed into a more diverse residential community featuring two new townhomes, eight accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and the existing home. This project demonstrates how thoughtful infill development can expand housing options while complementing the character of Whatcom County's growing neighborhoods.

Construction is well underway on a Zervas-designed home in beautiful Bozeman, Montana! The design is, of course, intended to allow its owners to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor and wildlife views.

The folks at RAM Construction are making good progress on the Zervas-designed Community Transitions building!
This is a new transitional educational building developed in partnership with Bellingham Public Schools and Whatcom Community College. The project uses mass timber as the main structural system and ties itself to the WCC campus with brick cladding. Other features include an accessible pedestrian pathway linking the main campus to Cedar Hall and the nearby WTA bus station.

The Zervas team took a couple hours on Friday to hang out with our new friends -- both human and animal -- at Animals as Natural Therapy (ANT).
Such fun getting to love on the horses, chickens, goats, Lily the pig, and Smokey the rabbit, and feeling their love in return.
Check out ANT and the work they've done in the community for people of all ages, from youngsters to the elderly, since 1999. They're a real asset, and just a joy to be around -- again, both the humans and the animals.
