Ruby Tea Room
Share
A Central Texas tearoom serving seasonal afternoon teas, rotating monthly menus, and fresh-made bakery favorites.
We host themed events, private parties, and gatherings built around one simple idea — creating real CommuniTEA. ❤️ At Ruby Tearoom, we transform the simple act of drinking tea into a curated experience, merging tradition with a modern twist of elegance. Alongside our premium teas, gluten-free baked goods, artisanal accessories, and personalized tea party services, we craft moments of refinement and joy, bringing communiTEA together one cup at a time.
Some people vacation. We go on tea tours. 😂🫖
Day two at the Northwest Tea Festival went well beyond tastings. We sat in on classes and demonstrations, experienced a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, and spent time meeting and connecting with some incredible people in the tea industry.
Those conversations and connections were every bit as valuable as what we learned. We’re heading back to Texas with new relationships, fresh ideas, and an even greater appreciation for the traditions and people behind every cup.
Now the question is... where should the Ruby Tea Tour go next? Know a tea festival we need to experience? Drop it below! 👇🫖
Day one at the Northwest Tea Festival gave us plenty of inspiration! 🫖
We met some amazing vendors, tasted our way through plenty of teas, and found a few favorites, including almond and cherry vanilla. Needless to say, we stayed VERY hydrated and VERY caffeinated. 😂
The tea classes were a highlight too. A tea mocktail class recreated a wh***ey sour using only tea, no alcohol, and it was incredibly complex and delicious. The wheels are turning. 👀
Add in beautiful teaware and adorable tea pets, and a few things may just be coming back to Texas with us.
Back for day two today! 🫖
Chef Sara’s love language: FOOD. 😂❤️
So naturally, Pike Place Market was basically her happy place. Fresh flowers, gorgeous produce, pastries, seafood, spices, and enough inspiration to keep a chef busy for months.
And yes, we witnessed the famous flying fish. 🐟😂
Seattle, you’re feeding us very well.
Ruby Tea Tour: Pacific Northwest Edition continues! 🫖✈️
We made it to Seattle, and the Ruby Tea Tour is already underway! 🫖✈️
First stop: Mountain Rose Herbs! 🌿 We explored teas, herbs and botanicals, smelled just about everything, and definitely found a little inspiration to bring back to Ruby. 👀
More coming! Next up, Pike Place Market!

The best part of tea? Moments like this. 🥹🫖
This lovely family joined us to celebrate someone very special, and we couldn’t resist adding a little surprise of our own. Chef Sara’s famous espresso chocolate cupcake and a candle just for her.
Her reaction reminded us why the smallest details matter so much. It wasn’t really about the cupcake. It was about being celebrated, being together, and having a moment with the people she loves.
Thank you for letting Ruby be part of this one. ❤️
Celebrating something special? Plan your next party with us. 🫖❤️ Visit our website for more details.

✨ A little bit country, a whole lotta CommuniTEA. 🦋🫖
Our Dolly ParTEA was a SOLD-OUT house, and y’all SHOWED UP! Big hats, plenty of bling, friends around every table, and a whole room singing along to Dolly—and yes, we even got up and danced. 💕🎶
Best of all, together we raised over $250 for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, AND our guests donated more than 50 books—two full totes! Those books will be donated right back into our local community. 📚
Chef Sara’s Southern-inspired Peach & Pecan Scones, paired with Kristie’s Earl Grey Crème, were the showstopper of the menu. 🍑🫖
It was joyful, a little sparkly, and the perfect tribute to Dolly—but more than anything, it was CommuniTEA in action.
Thank you to everyone who sang, danced, donated, dressed up, and made this one for the books. 💕📚
