Hey Snap Nation - several new accessories arrived today. I’m especially excited about the new Most Grip Bar, which offers multiple options in a single handle and more precise power for smoother training. The Gym Ripper bands are also stronger and more durable; I placed one set upstairs and another in the power gym. We also purchased two new rope pulls and expect a complete set of Hammer Strength plates for the main gym, along with additional equipment arriving over the next few months.
Rack taken? No problem. Same workout, two ways to do it. Trainer Shannon shows how to swap in dumbbells or kettlebells when the racks are busy.
