Work-Collective started with a simple idea: create more than a place to work, create a place to belong.
After years of visiting Bend, Kent and Sara knew this was where they wanted to put down roots and build something meaningful for the community. In 2019, they made the leap.
What started as a vision has grown into a locally rooted workspace where remote workers, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and growing businesses come together to connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Big things are happening at ! 🎉
Our NWX location is expanding to a third floor this fall, bringing 13 new private offices, including a few with stunning Cascade views. Reservations for the new spaces are now open.
Need an office sooner? We also have private offices available now, so you don’t have to wait to find your new workspace.
Private offices are available month-to-month, with discounted rates for 6- and 12-month agreements. Reach out to learn more or schedule a tour!
