Prison Ministry Explosion: Active operations across 20 prison facilities now anchor 1,391 prison cell churches, with transferred inmates organically planting new cell groups in unreached facilities.

Ebola-Free & Expanding Outreach: Uganda is officially declared Ebola-free, fully opening travel so our 47 regional area centers and 1,329 WAY Church clusters can reach previously unreached communities nationwide.

Widow Homes & Ministry Bicycles: The 72-widow home project is fully funded, with final framing and plaster work underway, while a new batch of ministry bicycles is being equipped for village leaders.

Transformed Lives & Inmate Testimonies: Amazing stories are pouring in from inmates like 63-year-old Kenneth, who found freedom after 24 years of suffocating despair after receiving a Bible in his cell.

Prison Ministry Explosion: God's work behind bars continues to surge across 20 active prison facilities, now housing 1,339 active prison cell churches.

Ministry Growth: 43 regional WAY Church Centers with 1,240 WAY Church clusters, our WAY Church Clusters continue to expand as dedicated teams establish new centers, allowing us to reach previously unreached locations and communities across Western Uganda.

Widow Homes: All 24 structural frames are erected, with custom doors and windows currently being installed. Teams are preparing to form and plaster the mud and concrete walls as soon as seasonal rains arrive.

Prison Ministry: God’s revival continues to shake the prisons! We are actively operating in 20 Government Prison facilities, and our network has now expanded to 1,285 active prison cell churches. Daily fellowship, prayer, and discipleship are turning these correctional facilities into hubs of spiritual renewal.

Ministry Growth: The spiritual wildfire shows no signs of slowing down. We currently have 40 total geographical centers managing 1,111 WAY Church clusters (with a 41st center poised to open soon in recently restricted zones). Thanks to your incredible support, our fleet has grown to 52 bicycles, helping our key leaders navigate vast distances.

Restoring Hope: We have successfully constructed 21 out of 24 frames for the widow homes and are preparing to build out the stone, mud, and cemented walls as soon as the rain arrives.

Last month, we have witnessed incredible growth across both our prison ministries and the WAY Church network. We are now active in 19 prisons and have established 32 WAY Church Centers. Within those centers, our network has expanded to 948 WAY House Churches—and remarkably, 99% of these house churches were started by former inmates whom we first met behind bars.

This entire movement began with one man: Shabbon.
Shabbon found Jesus at one of our "Prisoners of Pain... God’s Grace" events. After accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, his life was radically transformed. Within a year, he became a leader of a prison cell church, and shortly after, he was miraculously and unexpectedly released.
Shabbon returned to his village a changed man. Through the power of God, his mother—a local witch doctor—gave her life to Christ and donated the first plot of land for our very first WAY House Church. This sparked a divine fire that ultimately birthed the WAY Churches, the Mega Church, and the WAY of Jesus School in Uganda.

Last month, our dear brother Shabbon went home to be with his Lord and Savior, who undoubtedly greeted him with open arms. While we mourn his loss, we celebrate his incredible legacy.

A Million Soul Miracle: We are overwhelmed to report that in March 2026, God answered prayers as we surpassed our goal. As a partner to this ministry, your prayers and support have built this Kingdom milestone, resulting in 1,036,000 recorded salvations to date!

Prison Ministry: March was a month of historic harvest, with the ministry reaching 19 total prisons. We have grown to 1,113 prison cell churches that meet twice daily. In April, we officially launched into the Kiruhura Prison facility—a maximum-security facility where 75% of the inmates are women—and we are eager to see what the Lord will do there.

Ministry Growth: A "spiritual wildfire" continues to spread across Uganda as released inmates turn their homes into churches. There are now 778 WAY House Church clusters in 24 geographical areas, with over 51,000 people attending Sunday services. This movement is expected to cover the entire region by the end of 2026.

Restoring Hope: We are praising God for the distribution of "The WAY of Jesus" Bibles. Already this year 2026 we have distributed 15,900 Bibles, providing a "lifeline" to those in the darkest places. Prison Ministry: February saw a massive 11,231 first time prison salvations across 18 prisons and the growth to 1,066 prison cell churches. Our launch into Bushenyi Prison was met with immediate success as transferred inmates had already spontaneously started 15 cell churches before we arrived!

Ministry Growth: A "spiritual wildfire" is spreading as released inmates return home to plant churches. This month alone, 45,978 first-time WAY House Church salvations were recorded in 639 WAY House Church clusters. To support this rapid expansion, we’ve added 2 motorcycles and 10 bicycles to our fleet, empowering our evangelists to reach new centers. We are now 96% of the way to our goal of one million salvations!

Restoring Families: We are nearing completion on 32 widow houses, providing safety and refuge to women like Kitamura Margarette (64) and Annette Muhumuza (69). After years of pain and surviving in a forest camp, Annette finally has a safe room with a locking door.
